At Practice by Numbers, we see content as more than just words. Content must bring clarity,
build trust, and drive demand at every step of the customer journey. As we expand our
marketing team, we’re looking for a Content Manager to join our growing Content & Design
Division.
This role goes beyond editing. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day content workflows, managing
timelines, reviewing content drafts, and ensuring every piece we publish is clear, on-brand, and
audience-ready. From blogs and newsletters to landing pages, videos, and social content, you’ll
keep our content sharp, consistent, and aligned with business goals.
Based full-time in our Gurgaon office, you’ll report to the Head of Content & Design and
collaborate closely with our designers, performance team, and product marketing. Over time,
you’ll also help lead content planning, reporting, and documentation across channels.
● Edit and optimize AI-generated content for clarity, readability, and audience fit
● Own blog and newsletter workflows from editing to publishing
● Write content from scratch when needed (e.g. ghostwritten articles, product stories)
● Draft compelling social media captions, email campaigns, and case studies
● Support product video scripts and coordinate with design on visuals
● Create and maintain landing pages in WordPress or HubSpot
● Eventually: own performance tracking and reporting across key content assets
● Regularly collaborate with the design team for content visuals
● Coordinate closely with performance marketing for ad copy and landing pages
● Use tools like WordPress, HubSpot, Ahrefs, GA4, and Google Docs
● Prompt and refine content via AI tools like ChatGPT
● Eventually build and maintain content calendars
● Take on reporting and performance optimization using Ahrefs and GA4
● Grow into cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and CS teams
● Expand content formats (e.g. carousels, audio, new video styles)
● Potential to manage freelancers/interns and grow into a leadership role
● 4+ years of experience in content roles (preferably in SaaS or B2B)
● Strong editing and rewriting skills, especially when working with AI content
● Intermediate SEO knowledge, including modern content optimization trends
● Familiar with publishing platforms (WordPress, HubSpot)
● Comfortable tracking performance and applying insights
● Collaborative, close-knit marketing team culture
