EduFund is looking for a sharp, trend-savvy Content Manager who can outthink AI, shape narratives, and create content that stands out in a digital-first world. You will manage EduFund’s content across formats, from high-performing Reels to story-led campaigns and performance-driven ad copy.You will also oversee all creative delivery for the brand. Every visual, video, and piece of content should reflect EduFund’s tone, voice, and ambition to lead the category. This role sits at the intersection of branding, content writing, and creative execution.
Responsibilities
- Drive EduFund’s content strategy across social, paid, and owned media. This includes daily posts, campaigns, and long-form content
- Take ownership of the brand’s creative output and oversee all creative deliveries across the marketing team
- Write original, clear, and engaging copy for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta ads, Google Ads, landing pages, and other formats
- Build and execute integrated campaigns in collaboration with designers, video editors, and performance marketing teams
- Manage social media channels, including content calendars, scheduling, and optimization for each platform
- Work with internal teams across marketing, partnerships, customer experience, and product to ensure consistent brand communication
- Shape and maintain EduFund’s brand identity, including tone of voice and visual direction
- Handle brand-led content projects such as guides, content series, microsites, internal campaigns, and product storytelling
Required Skills
- 4 to 8 years of experience in content marketing, social media, or copywriting roles
- Proven ability to write compelling content across platforms, including organic posts and paid ads
- Experience managing social media calendars and publishing content on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Strong understanding of branding, positioning, and storytelling
- Ability to manage creative workflows with designers, editors, and other creators
- Experience building content journeys across formats and channels
- Excellent command of English with attention to tone, clarity, and originality
- Familiarity with basic performance metrics for content and campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field
- Postgraduate diploma or certification in advertising, branding, or digital marketing is a plus
Preferred But Not Mandatory
- Experience in advertising, media, or creative agencies
- Exposure to finance, fintech, or edtech sectors
- Experience working with performance marketers and understanding ad content metrics
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Notion, Canva, Buffer, Google Docs, and Meta Ads Manager
