Job Summary
Content Lead
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the technical curriculum strategy across
MERN Full Stack, Python, and Gen AI
, aligning it with industry trends and learner needs. - Translate business and hiring goals into actionable curriculum roadmaps and frameworks.
- Lead and mentor a team of Curriculum Developers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), ensuring timely, high-quality content delivery.
- Foster a strong feedback culture through regular reviews, professional growth, and shared best practices.
- Oversee the design and development of instructional content, assessments, hands-on projects, and revision modules.
- Ensure content is accurate, pedagogically sound, and suited for various learning levels and styles.
- Regularly audit and update curriculum to keep it technically relevant and aligned with market demands.
- Act on learner feedback, analytics, and delivery inputs to improve curriculum quality and engagement.
- Enhance the learner experience by using engaging formats like visual elements, guided walkthroughs, and microlearning.
- Integrate AI tools like
LLMs, prompt engineering
, and personalized feedback systems into the curriculum. - Innovate using Gen AI for both content creation and learner support (e.g., AI tutors, auto-generated questions).
- Collaborate closely with Product, Delivery, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment across departments.
- Support delivery teams with necessary curriculum resources for live and recorded sessions.
- Design scalable processes for curriculum development, review, and release to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Maintain strong documentation and version control for smooth team onboarding and auditing.
- Use learner analytics and performance data to identify gaps and optimize learning paths.
- Partner with analytics and learner success teams to resolve learner drop-offs and confusion points.
- Continuously improve the curriculum based on measurable outcomes and data insights.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Min 1 year+ hands-on software development experience and 1 year+ experience in technical content creation or curriculum development.
- Experience leading or mentoring content or technical teams.
- Strong foundation in core programming concepts and preferable domain expertise in frontend and backend tech.
- Familiarity with Gen AI tools, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for building impactful, learner-centered educational content.
