Job Summary : 2-8years of proven experience in strategic communications, particularly in managing government projects and public sector clients . The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with expertise in social media, client servicing, research, and content strategy. This role demands a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex campaigns under tight timelines while leading cross-functional teams. - Please note that the maximum budget for this position is up to ₹8.5 LPA. Candidates with higher compensation expectations are kindly requested to not apply. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Communication & Campaign Planning Lead the development and execution of multi-platform IEC strategies tailored for government and public sector initiatives. Drive communication planning across digital, print, on-ground, and mass media channels. Create and oversee delivery of campaign messages aligned with client objectives. Social Media Management Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of social media campaigns. Collaborate with content, design, and media buying teams for effective online presence. Track and analyze social media metrics and optimize content based on performance. Research & Reporting Conduct primary and secondary research to inform campaign development and policy narratives. Compile comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports, impact assessments, and MIS documentation. Stay updated on trends, public sentiment, and policy developments relevant to clients. Content & Documentation Draft high-quality letters, briefs, reports, and proposals for ministries, departments, and other stakeholders. Develop presentations, concept notes, and post-campaign analysis documents. Maintain organized documentation for client submissions and internal use. Client & Stakeholder Management Act as the main liaison with government departments, ministries, and affiliated bodies. Ensure timely communication, feedback incorporation, and milestone tracking. Represent the organization in client meetings, reviews, and field visits. Team Leadership & Coordination Mentor and guide a team of communication executives, designers, and researchers. Delegate responsibilities effectively while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. Ensure smooth internal coordination and cross-departmental collaboration. Required Skills & Attributes: 2-8 years of relevant experience in IEC/PR/communications, with significant exposure to government and public sector projects . Deep understanding of government communication protocols and sensitivity to public narratives. Strong command of English and Hindi ; regional language skills will be an added advantage. Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel) and basic data analytics. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and storytelling skills.
