Consultant - Executive Education & Lead Generation.


This pivotal role will be responsible for driving the growth of Woxsen's Executive Education programs by leading comprehensive lead generation strategies, managing client relationships, and contributing to the overall success and visibility of our executive development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Indian corporate learning landscape and a proven track record in converting leads into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Demand Generation Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation strategy

    for Woxsen's Executive Education programs across various industries and segments in India.
  • Identify and research target companies, industries, and executive profiles

    that align with Woxsen's program offerings
  • Implement multi-channel lead generation campaigns

    including digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media advertising - especially LinkedIn, Google Ads), content marketing (webinars, whitepapers, case studies, blogs), email marketing, and direct outreach.
  • Leverage CRM tools

    to track, manage, and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Analyze lead generation performance

    metrics, identify areas for optimization, and report on ROI of various initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands

    in the Indian executive education landscape to adapt strategies accordingly.

2. Corporate Outreach & Business Development:

  • Forge and nurture strong relationships with HR leaders, L&D heads, CXOs, and decision-makers

    in corporations across India to understand their executive training needs.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for customized executive education programs

    and corporate partnerships.
  • Prepare compelling proposals and presentations

    tailored to specific organizational requirements.
  • Represent Woxsen University at industry events, conferences, and corporate forums

    to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Negotiate and close deals

    for executive education programs, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

3. Program Promotion & Communication:

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Communications teams

    to develop impactful marketing collateral, website content, and promotional materials for Executive Education programs.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging content

    (e.g., testimonials, success stories, program brochures, FAQs) that highlights the unique value proposition of Woxsen's offerings.
  • Manage and optimize program landing pages

    and online inquiry forms to maximize conversion rates.

4. Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as a primary point of contact

    for prospective and enrolled executive education participants and corporate clients.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive experience

    for all stakeholders from initial inquiry through program completion.
  • Gather feedback from participants and clients

    to continuously improve program quality and relevance.

5. Market Intelligence & Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, skill gaps, and in-demand executive education topics in India.
  • Analyze competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning to identify Woxsen's competitive advantages.
  • Provide strategic insights to the Executive Education leadership team for new program development and existing program enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree

    in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience

    in business development, sales, or lead generation within the education sector, specifically in

    Executive Education or Higher Education

    , with a proven track record in the

    Indian market

    .
  • Demonstrable success in achieving lead generation targets and enrollment goals.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques (SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing platforms, CRM systems).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with senior corporate executives.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with the executive education landscape in India, including key players, market trends, and corporate training needs.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience with a leading business school or university in an Executive Education role.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and their impact on corporate learning (e.g., AI in education, online learning platforms).
  • Experience in organizing or participating in industry events, webinars, or corporate workshops.
