Key Responsibilities:

Understand client requirements and job descriptions thoroughly
Source candidates using job portals, social media, references, and internal databases
Conduct telephonic/initial screening and evaluate candidates suitability
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Follow up on interview process status and update records accordingly
Maintain and update candidate database regularly
Build a strong pipeline of potential candidates
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles
