Urgent Hiring for !!! Senior Relationship Manager !!! for one of the leading bank. Key Responsibilities (KRAs): Acquire and grow High Net Worth (HNW) customer relationships focused on liabilities and commercial assets. Source new clients through personal efforts and acquisition channels. Deliver superior customer service in line with bank policies . Cross-sell bank products to mapped branch customers. Promote new products and enhancements to deepen relationships. Organize sales initiatives and client engagement events. Collaborate with group companies for product offerings. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions. Address customer queries and ensure timely resolution. Desired Candidate Profile: Strong relationship management skills with HNW customers. Solid knowledge of commercial assets (CC, OD, TL, Export Finance). Familiarity with Mutual Funds and Insurance is a plus.
