Platinum Relationship Manager

• Client Relationship Management:

  Manage and strengthen relationships with a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.

• New Client Acquisition:

  Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients for the "Platinum" segment.

• Portfolio Growth:

  Grow the profitability of client portfolios through cross-selling and up-selling banking and investment products.

• Product Sales:

  Act as a primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed about new products and services, and capturing business opportunities.

• Sales and Reporting:

  Ensure all sales activity is accurately recorded through the bank's online systems.

• Risk Management:

  Identify potential problem accounts and formulate risk-mitigating strategies.

• Customer Migration:

  Manage the migration of clients to different products or services as needed.
