About The Opportunity

A leader in the Estimation & Analytics sector, Kolo is revolutionizing how project cost analysis and resource planning drive business growth. Operating in India, our on-site team delivers precise estimations and data-driven insights across diverse industries. Emphasizing innovation and accuracy, we leverage advanced analytical techniques to ensure cost efficiency and operational excellence.Role & Responsibilities

Develop detailed and precise cost estimation models for various project phases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Analyze historical and real-time data to forecast budget requirements and assess resource needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, engineering, and finance to validate and refine cost estimates.
Ensure all estimates adhere to industry standards and regulatory compliance while drafting comprehensive evaluation reports.
Identify potential cost savings and risk factors through detailed market and data analysis.
Prepare and present project estimation reports for senior management and key stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field with 2-4 years of proven experience in cost estimation or project evaluation.
Must-Have: Strong numerical aptitude, analytical skills, and high attention to detail.
Must-Have: Proficiency in advanced MS Excel and estimation software such as Bluebeam, AutoCAD or equivalent tools. Also have knowledge in using AI tools too.
Preferred: Experience in project management or quantity surveying.
Preferred: Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and cost-efficiency methodologies.
