Drive new business in the assigned region by acquiring SMBs and enterprise customers. Own the regional sales target and deliver monthly and quarterly goals. Work closely with pre-sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer success. Conduct regular field visits and joint calls with RMs to ensure high performance and conversion. Provide timely reporting, forecasts, and insights to the leadership team. Monitor competitive activity and market trends to inform sales strategy. Be the face of Petpooja in the market and stand up for the values we believe in. Additional Qualification and Skills: Bachelor's degree is preferable. Professional experience of 3-8 years in Sales. Problem-solving attitude Customer-oriented mindset Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices Influencing Skills Presentability is required Fluent in communication
