Community Lead

Role Description

We’re looking for a hands-on Community Lead based in Indore to own local outreach, partnerships, volunteer/ambassador programs, and visible “micro-win” in the pilot area. 

This is a hybrid role/remote-work flexibility with a commitment of 15 hours/week. You will build, engage, and grow a community of passionate people, driving awareness and participation in our mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead community engagement initiatives (both online & offline).
• Build partnerships with local organizations, colleges, and local groups.
• Design and execute campaigns, events, and discussions around critical social issues.
• Collect feedback and insights from community members to inform product and strategy.
• Foster a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and shared purpose.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in community engagement, partnerships, or outreach (freshers with passion are welcome).
• Strong people skills, self-driven, humble, and excited to work in an early-stage startup environment.
• Passion for social impact and building meaningful connections.
• Strong communication skills & fluency in Hindi + English
• Project management, multi-stakeholder coordination experience
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred

Nice-to-have

• Experience working with CSR, municipal bodies or universities
• Volunteer management experience
