Community Lead

Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage the community across platforms (online and offline). Act as the primary point of contact for community members, responding to queries, feedback, and concerns. Plan, organize, and host events, webinars, and interactive sessions to strengthen community engagement. Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align community initiatives with organizational goals. Monitor community sentiment, gather insights, and provide feedback to improve products, services, or content. Create content, newsletters, or campaigns that drive community participation and loyalty. Analyze metrics to measure community growth, engagement, and satisfaction, and report outcomes to management. Foster a positive, inclusive, and vibrant community culture.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
