Strong communication and people skills, comfortable leading conversations and gatherings. Prior experience in event management, community building, or campus leadership is a plus. Able to commit consistent time each week for planning, hosting, and coordination.

Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Community Lead based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for remote work. The Community Lead will be responsible for fostering engagement within the IF Creators community. Organize and host weekly IF meetups and events across Hyderabad. Build and engage with our Creators community. Collaborate with the team to design event experiences that create real community impact. Maintain consistent traction from events turnout to ongoing conversations. Capture and share updates, stories, and event highlights across our platforms. Qualifications Expertise in Community Engagement, including fostering collaboration and participatory dynamics Must be based in or available to work on-ground in Hyderabad. Strong communication and people skills, comfortable leading conversations and gatherings. Able to commit consistent time each week for planning, hosting, and coordination. Flexibility to manage both in-person and remote responsibilities, with familiarity in hybrid working models Prior experience in program facilitation or engagement roles is an advantage
