Media Editor

• Develop distinct content plans for digital, print, special sections and magazines
• Conceive, assign and edit stories and work with writers to produce a polished product
• Work with writers on in-depth beat coverage that emphasizes breaking news and authoritative reporting
• Oversee daily programming of the site, ensuring quality control and timely posting of differentiating news and information, including video
• Budget stories for digital and print with emphasis on timeliness, relevance and enterprise
• Be familiar with and committed to digital storytelling approaches that encourage and increase audience engagement
• Use analytic tools for insights on what readers are responding to and react accordingly
• Edit, deliver and maintain all video and static material used on web and social
• Create short video segments, sizzle reels, trailers and .gifs for use on social websites
• Coordinate, track and deliver all domestic and international video requests

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
