Research Analyst

Role: Research Analyst

We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will conduct research, analyze data, and generate insights that inform product strategy, community initiatives, and decision-making across the organization.

This is a remote role/flexible with a commitment of 15 hours/week.

Key Responsibilities

Data Research & Analysis

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research on key social, civic, and policy-related topics.
• Design, execute, and analyze surveys, polls, and focus group discussions.
• Gather and organize data from multiple sources like public datasets, reports, and community feedback.
• Identify key patterns, insights, and actionable recommendations to inform decisions.

Reporting & Storytelling

• Translate research findings into clear and compelling reports, dashboards, or infographics.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to present insights in accessible and engaging ways.
• Contribute data and insights for campaigns, partnerships, and platform features.

Collaboration & Strategy

• Work closely with the Product and Engagement teams to align research goals with platform priorities.
• Track emerging trends, policies, and issues relevant to Reframe India’s mission.
• Support in developing data-backed strategies for outreach and growth.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in research, data analysis, or related fields (freshers with strong skills are welcome).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is a plus.
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and curious about solving meaningful challenges.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly through reports and presentations.
• Passion for leveraging research to create social impact and drive innovation.
