Role Description We’re looking for a hands-on Community Lead based in Indore to own local outreach, partnerships, volunteer/ambassador programs, and visible “micro-win” in the pilot area. This is a hybrid role/remote-work flexibility with a commitment of 15 hours/week. You will build, engage, and grow a community of passionate people, driving awareness and participation in our mission. Key Responsibilities Lead community engagement initiatives (both online & offline). Build partnerships with local organizations, colleges, and local groups. Design and execute campaigns, events, and discussions around critical social issues. Collect feedback and insights from community members to inform product and strategy. Foster a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and shared purpose. Qualifications 1–4 years of experience in community engagement, partnerships, or outreach (freshers with passion are welcome). Strong people skills, self-driven, humble, and excited to work in an early-stage startup environment. Passion for social impact and building meaningful connections.
