Research Analyst

The purpose of this role is to deliver accurate and timely analysis aligned with client business objectives and goals, while maintaining, developing, and exceeding client performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements in detail and ensure

  clear, crisp communication

  at all times. Act as an interface between internal teams and client counterparts.
• Discuss issues related to

  questionnaires

  with clients and proactively suggest appropriate solutions.
• Leverage specialized knowledge of

  market research tools and/or programming languages

  to understand client needs and build surveys or deliver data tables, ensuring high quality and productivity.
• Review project requirements and execute projects under the guidance of senior team members, adhering to defined guidelines and using relevant tools and systems.
• Create, manage, and follow

  work allocation schedules

  and

  project plans

  to ensure timely delivery.
