Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Commis to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing high-quality dishes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Develop new recipes and menus to enhance the dining experience.
  • Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
Job Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu planning.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, maintaining composure and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances, including tandoors.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and creativity.
