Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Commis - Bakery to join our team at Taj City Centre, with 2-5 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Assist the bakery chef in preparing high-quality bread and pastries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Ensure all food products meet quality standards before service.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to achieve efficient food preparation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Develop new recipes and menus to enhance the bakery's offerings.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Commis - Bakery or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of bakery techniques and ingredients.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and machinery.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products.
