Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Commi I to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent culinary skills and be able to work well under pressure.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing high-quality dishes.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the dining experience.
Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Participate in inventory management and stock control to minimize waste and optimize resources.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Commi I or similar role in a professional kitchen setup.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, ingredients, and cooking methods.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work well under pressure.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances, including ovens, refrigerators, and dish washing machines.
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring every dish meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.
