Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Commi I to join our team at Marriott International. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and be able to work well under pressure.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist the kitchen team with food preparation and cooking tasks.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
Support the front-of-house team with serving and customer service duties.
Participate in inventory management and stock control activities.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement new ideas to improve kitchen operations.

Job Requirements

Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
Strong knowledge of kitchen procedures and protocols.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
