Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commi 1 to join our team in the Tandoor Section, with 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
Assist the chef in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
Ensure all food is stored properly and handled safely.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop new recipes and menu ideas to enhance culinary offerings.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Commi 1 in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances.
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
