We’re looking for a Collections Manager to lead and scale our recovery operations.

Role Overview

You will lead efforts to collect overdue payments across assigned portfolios. You’ll design and run campaigns using SMS, WhatsApp, email, voice bots, and other digital channels. You’ll also manage a team, drive performance, and ensure compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Create and run campaigns across multiple channels (SMS, WhatsApp, email, voice) to recover payments.
• Use data to segment borrowers and personalize outreach.
• Work with product/tech teams to improve tools like dialers, automation, and workflows.
• Lead daily operations of collection agents (in-house or with vendors).
• Handle staffing, training, scheduling, and performance of agents.
• Monitor key metrics: connect rate, right‑party contact, promises to pay, agent productivity, compliance.
• Use A/B tests and experiments to improve outcomes.
• Build dashboards to track campaign health and results.
• Partner with data science, product, operations, and compliance teams.
• Review proposed strategies for legal and regulatory risks.

Who You Are / What You Bring

• 5+ years’ experience in collections, call center operations, or similar in financial services or fintech.
• Strong knowledge of how to run campaigns across digital channels.
• Comfortable working with CRM, dialer systems, workforce tools, reporting tools.
• Skilled at leading teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Able to interpret data and turn insights into action.
• Understand relevant regulations and compliance in collections.
• Excellent communicator and problem-solver.
