Collections Manager

Role: Vice President – Collections

Location: As per project requirement

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end collections for EPC projects across the Group.

Drive timely realization of project receivables, milestone-based payments, and retention money.

Handle collections related to government, PSU, and private EPC clients.

Closely coordinate with project, billing, contracts, and legal teams to resolve payment delays.

Develop and implement aggressive yet compliant collection strategies.

Monitor ageing, overdue receivables, and project-wise outstanding.

Lead negotiations with clients for payment release, extensions, and settlements.

Ensure strict follow-up on RA bills, final bills, variation claims, and retention releases.

Build and mentor a strong collections team across locations.

Provide regular MIS and actionable insights to senior management.

Candidate Profile:

10–15+ years of experience in EPC collections, preferably in solar, power, infrastructure, water, or construction projects.

Proven leadership experience handling large-value receivables.

Strong understanding of EPC contracts, billing cycles, LDs, BGs, and retention clauses.

Highly energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

CTC & Designation:

Senior leadership role with designation of Vice President – Collections.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and capability.
