Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CMA located in Vadodara. The Purchasing Executive will be responsible for managing purchase orders, requisitions, and purchase management. They will also be in charge of effective communication and procurement activities to ensure operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Cost Accounting: Prepare and analyse cost accounts, including cost of goods sold, inventory valuation, and cost variance analysis.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business decisions.

3. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial ratio analysis.

4. Performance Measurement: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance.

5. Cost Reduction: Identify areas for cost reduction and implement cost-saving initiatives.

6. Financial Reporting: Prepare management reports, financial statements, and other reports to support business decisions.

7. Internal Controls: Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations.

8. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with land acquisition, including regulatory, environmental, and financial risks.


Skills and Qualifications:

1. Professional certification (CMA/ACA/ACMA)

2. Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field

3. Strong knowledge of cost and management accounting principles

4. Analytical and problem-solving skills

5. Communication and interpersonal skills

6. Familiarity with accounting software and systems


Job Requirements:

1. 3-5 years of experience in cost and management accounting

2. Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


Education

·        BE Electrical /Diploma (Electrical)

Experience

·        3-4 year of experience. (Preferable if having experience of renewable energies)
