About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and detail-oriented CMA-qualified professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing and optimizing costs, preparing budgets, analyzing financial data, and supporting strategic decision-making to ensure profitability and efficiency in our construction projects. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost estimates, and forecasts for various construction projects. Analyze variances between actual costs and budgets, identify reasons, and recommend corrective actions. Conduct cost audits , develop cost control measures , and support cost reduction initiatives.
