Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cluster Sales (Enterprise sales) professional to acquire, manage, and grow large enterprise accounts. The role involves consultative selling, strategic account management, and building long-term relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders to drive revenue and deliver customized solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new enterprise clients through consultative and solution-oriented selling.
  • Develop and execute account plans to maximize growth and retention.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle including prospecting, solution presentation, proposal development, negotiations, and closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level and senior management stakeholders.
  • Understand client business requirements and align them with tailored solutions.
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with presales, product, and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and reporting in CRM.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets in line with business objectives.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs.


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong track record in enterprise/B2B sales with long sales cycles.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Consultative selling approach with strong business acumen.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
  • Resilient, target-driven, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Technology; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in enterprise/B2B solution sales.
  • Experience managing large accounts and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong network and relationships within enterprise sector preferred.
