Job Description

You will be working at Tata Business Hub with a focus on leading customer interactions for the Procurement business unit, specifically in the Raw Material procurement space. Your role will involve demand generation within a given footprint by engaging with the right target group. As a self-motivated individual, you should be a Steel expert and entrepreneurial in nature, willing to design and develop innovative business solutions to drive growth and performance. **Principal Accountabilities:** - Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for defined clusters. - Exceed targets in terms of number of clients and GMV from the SMB business. - Drive sales funnel to increase customer acquisitions and represent Tata in industry forums for enhanced awareness. - Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth operations for SMBs acquired, focusing on acquisition and high retention. - Maintain awareness of pricing and industry market conditions, providing pricing and product availability to customers based on outlined guidelines. - Be a strong team player comfortable with new categories and customer profiles. **Skills and Knowledge Qualifications:** - Graduation or BE (Civil / Mechanical), MBA preferred. - Minimum 5 years of business development, sales, account management experience in a B2B environment. - Track record of meeting and exceeding established business goals. - Sales & Marketing experience in Steel (Fabricated steel structure, TMT bars, Coils, or related). - Proficiency in CRM, data analytics & BI tools. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving hyper-growth in a rapidly growing business segment. **Required Skills:** - In-depth understanding of Steel as a raw material and SMB ecosystem. - Proficiency in email communication with strong written and verbal skills. - Full professional proficiency in a regional language is required. - Ability to manage cross-functional discussions and make informed decisions in a dynamic environment. - High organizational skills, focus, and ability to work under pressure. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel & PowerPoint. **WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:** - Join a startup under the Tata group umbrella. - Contribute to building the India Stack with a focus on SME upliftment. - Embrace a culture based on values of Integrity, Pioneering, Unity, Responsibility & Excellence. - Experience high autonomy through agile teams and cross-functional collaboration. - Benefit from compensation & perks designed for you and your family's well-being. - Enjoy Tata group employee benefits, Special employee discounts & career opportunities. - Access top-notch Medical, Term Life, and Personal Accident Insurance for you and your family.,
