Cluster Sales Manager

As a Cluster Sales Manager at Connekt, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and establishing strong relationships with brokers and corporate clients to ensure the success of our coworking centre in Jaipur. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the sales efforts for the coworking centre in Jaipur - Meeting monthly and quarterly revenue and occupancy targets - Developing and maintaining relationships with brokers, channel partners, and IPCs - Identifying and converting B2B leads from startups, SMEs, corporates, and enterprise clients - Conducting centre tours, negotiating deals, and closing sales effectively - Building a robust sales pipeline through networking, lead conversion, and CRM discipline - Collaborating with the operations and marketing teams to align sales strategies with business objectives - Monitoring market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to optimize the sales strategy To excel in this role, you should have: - At least 4-5 years of sales experience, preferably in coworking, commercial real estate, hospitality, or B2B sectors - A strong network of corporate clients and broker partners in Jaipur would be advantageous - A proven track record of closing high-value deals and achieving revenue targets - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Self-motivation, target orientation, and the ability to work autonomously - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Commerce, Management, or Hospitality is preferred This is a full-time position located near Rambagh, Tonk Road, Jaipur, requiring in-person work.
