Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cluster Sales Manager located in Anantapur. The role involves identifying potential clients, building relationships with preschool owners and educators, and driving sales of Kreedo’s solutions. The manager will create and deliver presentations, provide consultations, and offer ongoing support to clients to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Additionally, the role includes market analysis, lead generation, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Relationship Management: Strong skills in sales strategy, client engagement, and building long-term relationships with clients.
  • Communication and Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver impactful presentations.
  • Market Knowledge and Research: Knowledge of the preschool or education sector and the ability to conduct market analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Time Management and Goal-Oriented: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and meet sales targets effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Prior experience working in a team-oriented environment to achieve collective objectives.
  • Customer-focused: Commitment to understanding and addressing client needs to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge or experience in the early education domain will be an added advantage.
  • Previous field sales experience is preferable.
