Cluster Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sales for our coworking centre in Jaipur
• Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue and occupancy targets
• Build and manage strong relationships with brokers, channel partners & IPCs
• Identify and convert B2B leads startups, SMEs, corporates & enterprise clients
• Conduct centre tours, handle negotiations, and close deals confidently
• Build a strong sales pipeline through networking, lead conversion, and CRM discipline
• Collaborate with operations & marketing teams to align sales with business objectives
• Track market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to optimise sales strategy

Qualifications & Experience:

• 45 years of sales experience preferably in coworking, commercial real estate, hospitality, or B2B space selling
• Strong network of corporate clients and broker partners in Jaipur (preferred)
• Proven track record of closing high-value deals and achieving revenue targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
• Self-motivated, target-focused and able to work with autonomy
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Commerce, Management, Hospitality (preferred)
