Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals in international markets (assigned countries).
  • Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, agents, and key accounts
  • Establish strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, procurement teams, and local regulators.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, competitive trends, pricing structures, and customer needs.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant regulations (e.g., CE, FDA, MDR, local country registrations).
  • Collaborate with marketing, regulatory affairs, and product development teams to tailor offerings to each region.
  • Represent the company at global trade shows, conferences, and product demonstrations.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership
