Job Summary

Manage the building staff in absence of the Senior Facility Manager. Overseeing the overall facility management in terms of technicalities, financials and day-to-day operations. Responsible in managing the task distribution to the team.

About The Role

Managing all the soft services, technical services for the client.
Managing financials and procurement.
Oversees and manage the technical staff’s daily operation consisting of corrective and preventive maintenance.
Plan, schedule major repairs, and remodeling or construction project for properties.
Operation, staff, and workflow management.
Oversees the reception, mailroom, and supplies management.
Perform other duties assigned.

About You

Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in commercial or industrial real estate with facility management experience required. 1-year supervisory experience is preferred.
Experience in maintenance, construction, engineering, and all facets of property operation and building management is preferred.
CMMS/Work Order Management experience is preferred.

Qualifications & Requirements

Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Financial acumen and analytical thinking.
Knowledge of property market dynamics and regulatory landscape.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets. May be required to travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate with others and exchange accurate information; operate a computer and other office productivity machinery; move about the workplace; remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time; and extend hands and arms in any direction.
