Cluster Lead

Accountabilities:

Overall responsibility for handling Meter Installation AMI deployment and O&M in line to contract requirement.

• To lead team of Circle Incharges, field Technicians, Subdivision/Division/Circle level Vendors for Consumer Indexing, DT Survey and Meter Installation and perform O&M activities in line to contract requirement.


• Approval of SNID for Vendors and third-Party role of Technicians.


• Ensure full compliance to AMI SOPs and exhibit zero tolerance to malpractices in line with Apraava Code of Conduct directly and with project partners.


• To lead regular reviews with AMI Implementation Partner and Meter Manufacturer.


• To determine Business process requirements for AMI system, regularly evaluate the efficiency of business processes according to organizational & program objectives and apply improvements.


• Maintain customer centric approach, attend DISCOM project review meeting and handle escalations.


• To monitor project issues in real time & ensure resolution.


• Daily MIS reporting to stakeholders.


• To Identify & target areas in which a business can improve operation by recommending solutions.


• To ensure strategic inventory planning, allocation of meters to technicians, Allocation of work area to Technicians and ensure training to new technical support staff.


• L2 validation for assigned circles and clearing of Rejection cases through field teams.


• Ensure Gateway installation before.

• Exposure to Energy Distribution Utilities (AMI / AMR Projects would be added advantage)
