POSITION OPEN AT KOLKATA, LOCAL CANDIDATES PREFERRED.


CTC UP TO 22 LPA.


PREFERRED CANDIDATES FROM BROKING, BANKS AND MULTIPRODUCT DISTRIBUTION COMPANIES ONLY.

Role Objective:

To drive business growth, revenue, and profitability for the assigned cluster by leading a team of branch managers, relationship managers, and sales executives across broking and multi-product distribution (mutual funds, insurance, loans, PMS, bonds, etc.). The Cluster Head will ensure achievement of business targets, regulatory compliance, and delivery of superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Drive sales and revenue targets for broking, wealth management, and financial product distribution in the assigned cluster.
  • Expand client base through acquisition of HNIs, UHNWIs, corporates, and retail clients.
  • Monitor productivity of each branch within the cluster and implement strategies to maximize business.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell multiple financial products (equity, derivatives, mutual funds, insurance, fixed income, loans, structured products, etc.).

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Branch Managers, Relationship Managers, Dealers, and Sales Officers.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and mentoring for sales and service staff.
  • Build a strong performance-driven culture with focus on ethics and compliance.

Client Relationship & Retention

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective service delivery and advisory.
  • Develop strong relationships with key clients and act as an escalation point for major issues.
  • Maintain high client retention ratio across all products.

Operational Excellence & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to SEBI, RBI, IRDAI, AMFI, and other regulatory guidelines across cluster operations.
  • Monitor risk, compliance, and audit parameters for all branches under the cluster.
  • Drive process excellence and ensure smooth branch operations.

Strategic Initiatives & Market Intelligence

  • Identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Contribute to organizational strategies for revenue diversification and new product launches.
  • Implement local marketing and promotional initiatives to enhance brand visibility.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of

    stock broking, equity/derivative trading, wealth management, mutual funds, insurance, and financial product distribution

    in BFSI sector.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. (NISM certifications mandatory as per SEBI guidelines).
  • 10–15 years of experience in broking, wealth management, or multi-product distribution, with at least 4–5 years in a leadership role managing multiple branches.
