Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Cluster Head at ESAF Small Finance Bank located in Puducherry. The Cluster Head will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple branches within a specific cluster, ensuring operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and compliance with banking regulations.

Qualifications

• Leadership, Management, and Communication skills
• Experience in banking operations and branch management
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance
• Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities
• Customer relationship management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
