Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Gold Loan Sales Officer located in Bhubaneswar. The Gold Loan Sales Officer will be responsible for managing the gold loan portfolio, generating new business, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include appraising and processing gold loans, monitoring repayments, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves marketing ESAF's gold loan products, maintaining customer records, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and marketing, particularly in financial services
• Familiarity with gold loan products and procedures
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of banking software
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
