Cluster Head

• Responsible for managing and growing the 1P business within the Hyderabad city cluster (~900 stores).
• Taking initiatives to increase customer penetration for both online and offline sales of 1P products and services.
• Maintaining strong relationships with 1P partners, key suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Tracking KPIs at store, zone, and city levels and taking corrective actions to improve performance.
• Representing the company in interactions with local municipal and law enforcement authorities.
