Job Summary

Pre-Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to identify client needs and design tailored

  Salesforce Cloud (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience)

  , AWS, and Azure cloud solutions.
• Lead

  CXO-level presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops

  , positioning offerings effectively to senior decision-makers.
• Manage the full lifecycle of

  RFP/RFI responses, proposal creation, and vendor registrations

  .
• Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to design and deliver

  proof-of-concepts (POCs)

  that address client requirements.
• Develop

  case studies, success stories, and sales enablement content

  to showcase the value of Salesforce Cloud and cloud transformation.
• Support

  multi-sector client engagement

  across BFSI, Healthcare, FMCG, Manufacturing, Technology, and NPO domains.
• Ensure compliance with

  vendor requirements and company policies

  during solution submissions.
• Work with marketing teams to align presales activities with

  digital marketing and lead-generation strategies

  .

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in

  Pre-Sales Consulting or Solution Consulting

  roles.
• Strong expertise in

  Salesforce Cloud (Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Cloud)

  .
• Working knowledge of

  AWS and Azure cloud services

  .
• Proven ability in

  business analysis, proposal writing, and RFP/RFI management

  .
• Demonstrated experience in engaging with

  CXOs and senior stakeholders

  .
• Excellent

  presentation, communication, and storytelling skills

  .
• Strong background in

  multi-sector client engagements and business consulting

  .
• Ability to collaborate across

  sales, delivery, and technical teams

  .

Good to Have

• Salesforce certifications (e.g.,

  Salesforce Administrator, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant

  ).
• AWS or Azure certifications (e.g.,

  AWS Solutions Architect Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert

  ).
• Experience in creating

  POCs, technical demonstrations, and client workshops

  .
• Exposure to

  digital transformation and multi-cloud strategies

  in enterprise environments.
