Cloud Platform Expertise : Provide expert-level guidance on AWS and Microsoft Azure services, ensuring the best-fit solutions for compute, storage, networking, security, and monitoring. Cost Optimization : Implement strategies for cloud cost optimization , ensuring maximum ROI on cloud spend while maintaining performance, scalability, and security for clients across different geographies. Collaboration with Global Teams : Work closely with international teams across the Philippines, Malaysia, and Australia to understand client needs and provide seamless technical support and guidance. Technical Leadership : Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients during pre-sales, project execution, and post-deployment phases, ensuring successful adoption of AWS and Microsoft cloud platforms. Stakeholder Management : Engage with client executives to understand their business objectives, advising them on cloud adoption strategies and developing architectural blueprints that align with their goals. Training & Support : Provide ongoing training and support to clients to ensure they derive the maximum value from their cloud infrastructure. Security & Compliance : Ensure cloud solutions are secure, compliant with regional standards, and optimized for client-specific needs, especially for industries that require high compliance standards. Documentation : Create detailed documentation for cloud architectures, migrations , and solution deployments , enabling clients to easily manage and scale their infrastructure. Skills & Qualifications: Expertise in AWS & Microsoft Azure : Proven hands-on experience with both AWS and Microsoft Azure platforms, including services like EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, Azure VMs, Active Directory, App Services, etc. Client Acquisition & Relationship Building : Proven experience in acquiring new clients , working with business development teams to build and maintain strong client relationships across international markets (Philippines, Malaysia, Australia). Cloud Architecture Design : Strong experience designing scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures, with proficiency in cloud infrastructure and multi-cloud environments . Cross-Regional Exposure : Familiarity with working on cloud projects for clients in different regions, especially the Asia-Pacific market, understanding their unique business needs and compliance requirements. Security & Compliance : In-depth understanding of cloud security , identity management, encryption, and regional compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.). Scripting & Automation : Experience in automation and scripting using tools like AWS CloudFormation , Terraform , Azure Resource Manager , and programming/scripting languages such as Python , PowerShell , or Bash . DevOps Expertise : Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines , and managing cloud infrastructure using tools like AWS CodePipeline , Azure DevOps , etc. Technical Leadership & Communication : Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients and stakeholders, explain technical concepts in simple terms, and lead teams effectively.
