Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle high-net-worth clientele and drive deal closures in the SoBo micro-market
  • Conduct property walkthroughs and negotiate transaction terms
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date daily MIS reports on lead progress, site visits, and closures
  • Prepare agreements, coordinate documentation, and ensure timely closures
  • Support onboarding and training of new sales executives
  • Maintain strong post-sale relationships to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with strong exposure to the SOBO market / Luxury Sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
  • Proficient in daily reporting tools / MIS (Excel/CRM platforms)
  • Self-starter with a performance-driven mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
