JOB TITLE - Closing Manager / Executive COMPANY / DIVISION - Shree Sai Group NUMBER OF POSITIONS - 3 Department / Unit / Section - Sales REPORTS TO (TITLE) - Partner / Directors We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Closing Executives / Managers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, negotiating deals, and closing transactions. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS Required Male/Female Candidate : Graduate in any field (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred). Minimum 5-6 years of related working experience, in real estate on-site sales / walk-in customer handling Strong presentation, negotiation, and deal-closing skills. Good knowledge of real estate market, RERA norms, and loan processes. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi Individually handled or capable of handling with through knowledge of all ascpects of real Estate Sales Strong presentation, negotiation, and deal-closing skills. Co-ordinate site visits, model flat visits, and explain amenities to customers. Maintain updated knowledge of pricing, inventory, offers, and competitor projects. Client interactions post-sales, coordinate with internal departments (Legal, CRM, Finance, and Sales), and ensure timely documentation, agreement execution, and payment collection as per company policies. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, addressing queries related to agreements, registrations, and handovers, and ensuring compliance with all statutory and legal requirements. Prepare daily sales reports, customer databases, and follow-ups. Ensure excellent customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
