We are looking for a result-oriented and passionate Business Development & Event Partnership Manager to lead outreach, partnership acquisition, and sponsorship sales across our flagship events and IPs. This is a growth-intensive, client-facing role requiring strong interpersonal, strategic, and execution skills. You will work closely with internal leadership and external stakeholders like multiple brands and product partners. This role demands initiative, ownership, and a hunger to close meaningful deals that contribute to Brand Torque’s growth. Key Responsibilities Identify, pitch, and onboard relevant brands, corporates, and ecosystem enablers as event partners. Develop custom partnership proposals and lead end-to-end conversations till closure. Build and execute sales funnels for specific events/IPs. Meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets via strategic outreach. Nurture long-term partner relationships beyond single events. Coordinate pre- and post-event deliverables with partner stakeholders. Monitor industry trends, ecosystem shifts, and identify partnership opportunities. Maintain a database of warm leads and industry contacts. Collaborate with the event management team to align partner deliverables on-site. Ensure seamless execution of branding, speaking slots, and partner expectations. Maintain weekly MIS reports, revenue dashboards, and CRM trackers. Present performance updates to the CMO and Head of Research regularly.
