Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conversion of interest to sale
• Meet Sales targets quarterly and annually
• Conduct final inspections and walkthroughs with buyers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any or all queries of customer to ensure smooth conversion.
• Coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure all necessary documents required for closing.
• Review sales contracts and agreements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Resolve any disputes or challenges that may arise during the closing process in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports on sales performance and closing activities.
• Stay Updated with competition projects, Industry Rules & Regulations, launches, price trends, Market Trends etc
• Collect and present feedback from the market and work with marketing team to address the same
• Provide guidance and support / Timely feedback to Sourcing Team and Channel Partners throughout the closing process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (more than 5 yrs) as a Closing Sales Manager or similar role in the real estate/hospitality industry in Mumbai.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelors degree. Additional certifications or training in real estate transactions is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and sales/lead management CRM software.
