Roles and Responsibilities

Manage deal closure process from lead generation to final signing, ensuring timely completion of transactions.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, legal) and external stakeholders (customers, vendors) to facilitate smooth deal progression.
Conduct site visits to assess property conditions and provide expert advice on residential sales and real estate matters.
Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the deal lifecycle.
