Objective: As our first in-house Social Media Executive, you will play a key role in building and managing our brand presence across digital platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and execute the companys online voice and engage with our growing audience. Key Responsibilities: Develop, plan, and execute content strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Create, schedule, and manage engaging posts, stories, and campaigns Collaborate with designers, agencies, and internal teams for content development Monitor trends in social media, real estate, and digital marketing Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and maintain active community interaction Track and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) Run basic paid promotions and boost content to reach targeted audiences Support in planning and covering real-time content during events, site visits, and project launches Candidate Profile (Requirements): 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing social media, preferably in the real estate sector Strong understanding of digital platforms and tools (Meta Suite, Canva, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative mindset with attention to detail Ability to work independently and take ownership of the role Basic understanding of digital ads and analytics is a plus To Apply: Send your updated resume and portfolio (if any) to ashwini.singh@nandivardhan.com with the subject line Application – Social Media Executive”.
