Location: Monopoli, Dadar, Mumbai Company: Nandivardhan Group Experience Required: 12+ years of proven experience in luxury Residential Sales Industry: Real Estate Reporting To: Chief Sales and Marketing Officer (CSMO) Website Link: https://nandivardhan.com/ Objective: We are hiring an experienced and performance-driven Closing Head to lead the final sales closure process for our prestigious real estate project in collaboration with the Nandivardhan Group. The ideal candidate will come with a robust background in real estate sales, especially in premium and luxury segments (ticket size of 2-3 Cr+), and will have a proven track record of driving conversions, managing high-value negotiations, and leading a high-performing closing team. Key Responsibilities: Own the end-stage of the sales funnel from Virtual Meet to Site Visit to Booking Closure. Lead and manage the closing team with strong focus on daily, weekly, and monthly conversions. Personally handle high-value clients and strategic negotiations to ensure closure. Collaborate closely with pre-sales and marketing teams to ensure lead alignment and readiness. Track and optimize sales funnel metrics, provide daily reports to management, and forecast closures accurately. Build strong relationships with HNIs, investors, and brokers to maintain a steady inflow of quality prospects. Ensure high customer satisfaction and a seamless post-sale handover process Candidate Profile (Requirements): 12+ years of real estate sales experience, with a strong focus on closures Proven experience in selling premium/luxury real estate (2-3 Cr+ ticket size). Hands-on experience in Mumbai or similar metro market preferred. Deep understanding of the sales lifecycle, especially in high-involvement property sales. Exceptional communication, client handling, and negotiation skills. Strong team leadership skills and ability to drive targets under pressure. Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) with professional polish and maturity to handle elite clientele.
