About the Role: We’re looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly, loves problem-solving, and can handle a mix of tasks with ease. What You’ll Do: Manage schedules, meetings, and reminders for the leadership team. Help with emails, calls, and day-to-day communication. Organize travel, events, and team activities. Keep track of tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups. Be the go-to person for coordination between the team and external partners. Pitch in with general admin and project support whenever needed. What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years of experience in an admin or assistant role (but we’re open if you’re a quick learner). Strong communication and people skills. Great with organizing and multitasking. Comfortable using tools like MS Office, Google Workspace, or similar apps. Someone who can stay calm and positive even on busy days.
