General Manager/AVP - Business Development and university admission

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning and Execution to collaborate with universities to establish Allied and Healthcare service courses on behalf of OrionVersity which is a unit of Orion Edutech Pvt Ltd.
• Student Mobilization through B2B and B2C.
• Needs to have collaborations with admission partners and lead generation teams to meet the sharp targets intake-wise.
• Identify min NAAC A accredited universities and connect them to start courses on Allied and Healthcare services, where Orion would be Academic partner to run the program, admission partner of the university while the university would need to assess and certify the students.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices for training delivery. Operational Leadership & Team Management Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team for training operations and business development.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth training delivery.
• Monitor business performance, student enrollment, and financial sustainability.
• Learner Outreach & Enrollment 2 Drive learner outreach and mobilization strategies to ensure optimal enrollment. Build partnerships with schools, colleges, career counselors, and community organizations for lead generation.
• Implement digital marketing & offline awareness campaigns to attract students.
• Stakeholder Coordination & Business Development Develop partnerships with education and industry bodies to expand training initiatives.
• Collaborate with corporates and employers to enhance industry-relevant training programs.
• Ensure compliance with certification and accreditation requirements.
• Revenue & Business Growth Develop and execute strategies to achieve enrollment and financial targets through learner-sponsored and corporate-sponsored programs.
• Optimize pricing, financing options, and funding models to enhance affordability and accessibility.
• Identify market trends and new business opportunities to scale operations.
• Needs to collaborate with Corporates and Health care institutions for Student placement and Internships.
