About the Role

CRM & Data Management Intern

Role & responsibilities

Update, maintain, and organize
CRM systems and lead databases
.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer and prospect information.
Track daily lead status, follow-ups, conversions, and pipeline activity.
Generate
sales performance reports
, dashboards, and analytics summaries.
Assist the BD team by preparing lists, segmenting leads, and updating records.
Coordinate with inside sales and BD executives for data requirements.
Identify data gaps, duplicates, and inconsistencies for timely correction.
Support automation and process improvement initiatives related to CRM.

Preferred candidate profile

Pursuing BBA/BMS/MBA/Commerce/Analytics/IT or related fields.
Candidates with prior projects/internships in data analysis or CRM are preferred.
Freshers with strong analytical skills are welcome.

Strong proficiency in
Excel/Google Sheets
(sorting, filtering, basic formulas).
Understanding of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
Good analytical and data interpretation skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Basic understanding of sales and business development terminology.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
